Drug addiction is a biopsychosocial disease of society
An article titled "Drug addiction is a biopsychosocial disease of society" by Academician Irada Huseynova, Vice-President of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Director General of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was published in the "Iki Sahil" newspaper. The article examines the dangers that drug addiction poses to the normal life of human society, the psychological aspects of this problem, the scientific approach to combating it, and the necessity of using all possible measures and means.
