An online meeting was held with the participation of officials of the Agrarian Science and Innovation Center  of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Department of Biological and Medical Sciences of ANAS, management of research institutes, heads of departments and laboratories, scientists and specialists.

Opening the event, Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs of the Center for Agrarian Science and Innovation, Doctor of Philosophy in Biology Farman Karimov informed the participants about the structure of his organization and the objectives of the event, spoke about the priorities of agrarian research in Azerbaijan.

Then the vice-president of ANAS, academician Irada Huseynova thanked the leadership of the Agrarian Science and Innovation Center for the initiative to hold the meeting.
